All items are final sale, with the exception of defective products.

Due to the nature of our offerings, we do not accept returns or exchanges on coffee or edible goods under any circumstances.

If you receive an item that is defective, misprinted, or damaged, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We’ll work with our print partner to make it right — either through a refund or a reprint at no additional cost.

  • A clear photo of the issue

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the problem

We’ll take care of the rest.
